چکیده

Abstract Background Radiographic analysis of tooth morphology is mandatory for accurate calibration the degree canal curvature angle and radiographic working length to its real dimensions in case difficulty assessment protocols. This study aimed determine impact root on maintaining original axis prepared canals using a reciprocating rotary instrumentation technique. Methods image was performed 60 extracted single-rooted human premolar teeth with moderate (10°–25°) severe (26°–70°). Working longitudinal were determined cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) digital periapical radiography. The by subtracting 0.5 mm from actual length. Root WaveOne Gold file (Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland). Results There no significant relation accuracy estimated CBCT techniques (P > 0.05). Postinstrumentation changes between angles, assessed images statistically non-significant Conclusions A standardized method similarly technique near true No interaction exists diagnostic estimation, postoperative modification, angle,
